Heath Injury Law LLC is proud to announce that attorney Brice Barnard has been named a 2026 Up & Coming Lawyer by Missouri Lawyers Media, publisher of Missouri Lawyers Weekly.
The Up & Coming Lawyers award recognizes attorneys who are 40 or younger, or within their first 10 years of practice, and who are making a positive difference in the practice of law in Missouri. Honorees are chosen for their professional accomplishments and for their contributions to the profession and their communities. This year’s class will be honored at an awards ceremony in St. Louis in October and featured in the October edition of Missouri Lawyers Weekly.
Brice began his career as a prosecutor in Platte County, Missouri, where he handled violent felony cases and wrote and supervised the county’s first diversion program. He now represents injured people and their families in car crash, semi-truck crash, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and insurance bad faith cases.
A graduate of the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law, Brice has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Missouri and Kansas every year since 2023 and is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Kansas.
